Washington, March 7 (RHC)-- The White House has moved the upcoming G-8 meeting from Chicago to the heavily guarded Camp David in Maryland. Chicago was preparing to hold back-to-back meetings in May of the G-8 and NATO. The NATO meeting is reportedly still happening in Chicago as planned.

Data released by the U.S. Department of Education show that while Black students constituted only 18 percent of those enrolled in sample schools, they accounted for 39 percent of all school expulsions.
