Havana, May 25 (RHC)—Cuba has categorically rejected a report on human rights issued by the U.S. State Department as being completely inaccurate in terms of the actual situation in Cuba. 

Havana, May 25 (RHC)-- A report by Cuban Deputy Attorney General to the United Nations Rafael Pino Bécquer denounces the misinformation campaign that the United States finances and promotes against Cuba’s penal and justice systems.  The report reiterates Cuba’s commitment against all kinds of abuses, as part of its obligation as a state that signed the Convention against Torture and other Cruel, Inhumane or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.
