Havana, March 6 (RHC) -- "Five days of consecutive actions in favor of the Cuban Five" is the new call made by the International Committee for the Freedom of the Cuban Five, unfairly imprisoned in the United States.

The objective of this call is to promote an active campaign in favor of these men -- from April 17^th through the 21^st in the U.S. capital of Washington DC.

The invitation applies to all solidarity organizations and friends in the U.S. and around the world to support actions in solidarity with Gerardo Hernandez, Fernando Gonzalez, Ramon Labañino, Antonio Guerrero and Rene Gonzalez.  

As part of the activities scheduled for this campaign, thousands of posters with the phrase “Obama, Give me Five” will be placed throughout Washington, and announcements will be published in the media.
