Cuba’s Ramon Martin ended this Monday in the 6^th position of the 4^th stage of the XLIX Cycling Tour of Venezuela, 88.7 km path between the towns of Cumaná and Puerto La Cruz.

With this result, Martin was ratified as the best runner of the island in this current issue after being placed 18^th in the individual general classification, just 2.4 minutes behind the leader, the local Arthur Garcia (09:56.15 hours), of the team Lotery of the Táchira, reflected the website of the lid.

Also, the Cuban athlete owns the 8^th place of the regularity with 29 points, a section dominated by the host Gil Cordobés (54), from the Zulia Government team, followed by his teammate Xavier Quevedo (52) and Argentina's Maximiliano Richeze (46), in that order.

And Cuba’s Arnold Alcolea, bronze medalist in Guadalajara 2011 who is enrolled with a view to the 2012 London Olympics, appears in 45^th place of the general individual, with an equal time difference than his compatriot.
