Bolivian Government Delivers Hundreds of Thousands of Homes
La Paz, July 30 (RHC) -- The Bolivian government has planned the construction of about 290,000 houses with basic services of water, gas, electricity and sewer system included, to reduce the housing deficit in urban and rural areas.
Bolivian Deputy Minister of Housing and Urban Development Bony Morales told reporters that the state housing plan also includes improving the quality of the houses.
The deputy minister said that some 150,000 people will benefit from the Social Housing Plan, implemented by the government of President Evo Morales between 2006 and 2011.
